Obtaining Product Support

SmartBatch product is support is available by phone, email and web session.  The Free Edition of SmartBatch provides email support only.  All other editions (Lite, Standard and Enterprise) require annual software maintenance and support which provides access to all product updates and technical support.  To initiate a support question send an email to support@onlinetoolworks.com.  If you require phone support or web session support, this will be provided on a demand basis and scheduled as needed.
