Deleting History Records

You delete History records by right-clicking on the History list and selecting one of the available menu items.

Delete History provides you with the ability to remove History records from the SmartBatch database. You will want to do this occasionally to reduce the size of the database.

You can click on "hot spot" areas in the picture below to get detailed information about buttons, controls and fields.

 

Clear all history

Selecting this option causes the entire History to be cleared (that is, all records will be deleted) for the current Application Group.

Use date range

Select this option to delete a range of History records. The Start and End Dates must be specified along with this option.

Start Date

The starting date to use to delete a range of History records.

End Date

The end date to use to delete a range of History records.

Deleting All History Records

You can delete all the records in History by clicking on the Clear History check box and then the Delete button.
