SmartBatch 2009 Administrator Layout

The following picture shows the Administrator's main window. You can click on "hot spot" areas in the picture below to get detailed information about buttons, controls and fields.

	Menu Bar
	Provide a set of buttons that preform various actions. Each button has a tool tip that is displayed when the mouse is positioned over the button. The tool tip provides a short description of the button's purpose.

List View

Administrator List view or right pane

The list view, sometimes referred to as the right pane of the Administrator, provides a list of items based on the selection in the tree view. You can right-click on an item in the list to display a list of menu items that can be performed.

The list view can be turned on or off with the Show/Hide Report View button on the toolbar. Clicking on an object's node in the tree view will cause the list view to be redisplayed.

Monitoring List

The Status list view displays a list of items depending on the selected tab. There are six possible lists which are described in the following table:

Tab	Description
Status	shows a list of items in the current status.
History	shows the history list which provides the ability to list History records based on any filter criteria that you enter.
History Chart	provides the ability to chart history.
Scheduled	shows all the scheduled objects, their enabled attribute along with the next run date and time.
Schedule Resource View	provides a convenient way to view your objects and their associated run times.
Processes	shows the processes running on the Executive Server computer.
Remote Agent	shows computers configured to be used as remote agent and their status.
