Installing the SmartBatch Web Administrator

The Lite Edition, Standard  Edition or Enterprise Edition of SmartBatch can use the Web Administrator. The Web Administrator is purchased separately and a license is required for each user that needs to use this capability. A Windows Installer must be used to install the Web Administrator. Internet Information Server (IIS) is required in addition to Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater.  The name of the installer is setupwa.exe.  Double-click on this setup file to run the installer.  Follow the prompts and provided the requested information to install the Web Administrator.

The Web Administrator is not available for the Free Edition of SmartBatch.

Note:  You must have previously installed the SmartBatch Standard or Enterprise Edition to be able to run the Web Administrator.  The client computer only requires an Internet Explorer 6.0 browser or greater.  No installation is required on the client.
